All specifications of these products are sourced from our several suppliers and where possible, are available on the product page.
Refunds
All refunds are at our discretion and every situation will be looked at separately. Usually we are happy to provide a credit if you find your purchased product is not suitable, however we do not simply provide refunds if you change your mind. When an item is refunded, only the product value is refunded and the shipping costs are not included.
For refunds or exchanges, all items must be in original condition.
We will pay postage and refunds on faulty items but not if items have been damaged in transit. Carrier damage is the responsibility of the carrier so check for damage to packaging before signing for goods. DO NOT sign for items with visibly damaged packaging. All claims for delivery damage need to be made to carrier within 7 days of the date of delivery.
All Faulty goods must be returned to us within seven days of delivery.
All Faulty goods must be returned with their original packaging.
There will be no refund if goods are found to be non faulty when returned.
Any return postage to us that we have covered and cost of re sending non faulty items to your address will also need to be paid for by you. Also, goods will not be returned until all costs are covered.
Credit Card Payments
During the checkout process have the option to purchase with your credit card. All credit card payments are processed for LEDstuff by Paypal and incur a 3% credit card processing fee.
To speed up the order process, make sure you pay for your order immediately. We will not process orders until the payment has cleared, therefore the fastest way to pay for your order is by credit card.
