Shipping
We currently only deliver in New Zealand.
We ship small orders via courier track pack, and larger orders via courier box. We can provide you with the tracking number on request, however we usually provide these in your order update email immediately after the order has been scheduled for a pickup by the courier. Please allow approximately 2-3 working days to most urban addresses or post office boxes. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural delivery (You may wish to specify an alternative, urban address for delivery in the “DELIVER TO” field.)
Returns All goods are guaranteed 100%. We will replace damaged or faulty products for up to 6 months after the purchase date. Most products are tested before shipping. We cannot be responsible for the performance of a product if it is not installed correctly, or in an environment or application that will reduce its operating life.
If you are unfortunate to receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us and tell us exactly what is wrong. We will be happy to send a replacement product free of charge, however we will require that the faulty item be sent back at the buyers expense.
Please note that we do not allow refunds if you simply change your mind, so please make sure you choose wisely. However, we are happy for you to return the product in original condition and packaging and we will provide a credit against another order.
