Shipping & Returns

Free NZ shipping on orders over $150

We currently only deliver within New Zealand unless by prior arrangement. If you would like to arrange a delivery outside of New Zealand, please contact us. Orders are dispatched via courier next business day unless otherwise advised. Tracking details are sent to your nominated email address from our automated system when the order has been scheduled for pickup by the courier. Please allow approximately 2-3 working days to most urban addresses or post office boxes. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural delivery. We stock our products at our warehouse in Hamilton and do not dropship, allowing us to get your order to you promptly.

Returns

All items are tested before shipping to meet our quality standards. Any products that don't meet our customers' expectations may be returned in original condition for a refund or replacement.
Note: If an item or items have been purchased under a free shipping offer and are returned, and that order balance no longer qualifies for that free shipping offer, then the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Warranty

All LEDstuff products are supplied with a warranty that the item is free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Terms of Warranty:

Rope Light, Neon Flex, LongRun Strip, and the decorative lighting range are covered for 12 months from the time of sale.
All other items are covered for 24 months from the time of sale.
In the event of a warranty claim, LEDstuff reserves the right to repair or replace the product where applicable.
Faults due to misuse, alteration, normal wear, or accident are not covered under warranty.
